There are two main types of nutrients, macronutrients and micronutrients. The three main categories of macronutrients include carbohydrate, protein, and fat. The two types of micronutrients are vitamins and minerals, and these are extra molecules that cells need to make energy.


There are seven major classes of nutrients: carbohydrates, fats, dietary fiber, minerals, proteins, vitamins, and water.


Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer), and promote your overall health

Neurogenesis

Neurogenesis (birth of neurons) is the process by which neurons are generated from neural stem cells and progenitor cells. It plays a central role in neural development. Neurogenesis is most active during pre-natal development and is responsible for populating the growing brain with neurons.

By the age of 50 the brain will have replaced all the neurons that were apart of the initial paradigms. Life is truly what you make it. Strive to be 1% better everyday.

Longevity

I whole heartedly believe life is what you make it. So many people operate with so much negative energy in there body and they wonder why they always feel shitty. Ours thoughts have so much power to mold our realities. We have to be very cautious of what we think about and for how long. The more positive you are, the better your life will be, and the longer you will live. Some people want to see their kids grow up, others to leave their mark on this planet and some just want to share their life with someone special. I just want as many people as possible to be positive, healthy and live life with financial freedom.

Family is first. We share blood, known them our whole life but the greater the value of what we create the more things change.

Some we grew up with, shared laughs, experiences, good times and bad times. The saying goes "They want you to do good but never better than them".
